EAST HAMPTON, CT - An East Hampton resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 11, Richard Biondi Jr., of East Hampton, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Citgo in East Hampton and won $20,000.
