Juvenile Charged In East Hampton Sexual Assault: Police
The 14-year-old's case has been referred to juvenile court, police said.
EAST HAMPTON, CT — A 14-year-old has been accused of sexually assaulting another juvenile, according to police.
Police in January charged the teen with three counts of first-degree sexual assault, one count of fourth-degree sexual assault, and one count of risk of injury to a minor, police announced in a news release last week.
The 14-year-old’s case is being handled in juvenile court in Middletown.

Police Chief Dennis Woessner said police are not releasing any additional information about the case “in order to protect the identity of the juvenile victim.”
