CLINTON, Conn., February 15, 2022 — Connecticut Water has announced that it has earned the prestigious 2022 Top Workplaces USA award. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey administered by Energage.

Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate by Energage in the Top Workplaces USA survey which has surveyed more than 20 million employees over the past 15 years to recognize top organizations across the country.

“Our employees are the heart and soul of Connecticut Water and are the reason we are able to provide reliable, high-quality drinking water and world-class customer service to customers and communities,” stated Maureen P. Westbrook, President of Connecticut Water. Ms. Westbrook added, “It is gratifying to know that our employees understand and appreciate that leaders value them and are committed to the health and well-being of employees and their families within our purpose-driven organization.”

The company had previously received recognition in 2021 as a Top Workplace by the Hartford Courant and Hearst Connecticut Media, as well as a national Top Workplace award for the company’s professional development programs.

Connecticut Water is headquartered in Clinton, Connecticut, and has more than 200 employees who serve more than 106,000 customers, or about 350,000 people, across the state of Connecticut.
