New Session of Youth Sports Begins This Week at YMCA Camp Ingersoll

Sign up to join in on the fun!

The temperatures are finally on the rise we have plenty of ways to enjoy spending time outside this spring, including our Youth Sports and Programs at YMCA Camp Ingersoll! This session, we’re offering some new and some of our most popular classes including Parent & Me T-ball (3 yrs), Pee Wee T-ball (4-5 yrs), Archery (7-10 yrs), and Fishing Fun (10-14 yrs or any age with adult supervision), all on Saturdays at YMCA Camp Ingersoll in Portland. Our newest classes, Fitness Fun (6-8 yrs) and Climb With Confidence (9-13 years) are being held weekday evenings (Fitness Fun on Thursdays at 4:30 and Climb With Confidence on Fridays at 4:30), also at Camp Ingersoll. Classes begin this week!

Please check out all our offerings along with specific class information in our Spring Brochure.

We understand that there are many different options and classes in which your child can participate. At the Y, we strive to provide quality instruction to children and teens, and feel our fun and coordinated approach creates a perfect introduction for all of our participants. We believe instruction at this age should focus on basic skills and teaching how to interact with peers while having fun and being active. Children in our classes are always involved and engaged in activities, they make new friends, and they build confidence and self esteem all while having fun in a supportive and active environment.
