PORTLAND, CT - A Portland resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 8, Joshua Botelho, of Portland, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Moon Mart in Portland and won $10,000.
