PORTLAND, CT - A Portland resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Colchester earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 28, Michael Artiaco, of Portland, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Gulf Mart in Colchester and won $20,000.
