PORTLAND — A Portland resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 26, Lino Cruz, of Portland, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Portland Hess and won $10,000.
