PORTLAND, CT - A Portland resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 27, Timothy Gandini, of Portland, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Portland Hess and won $20,000.
