In restorative yoga, deep relaxation, supported postures, gentle breathing and meditation work together to ease stress. Restorative yoga classes gift you with postures that elicit a total mind-body relaxation. Simple and gentle poses are held for 15-30 minutes with props used in every pose to help peaceful contemplation, abundance and well-being. This practice has the power to improve the quality of your life by:

1. Helping you manage stress
2. Promoting healthier respiration
3. Improving digestion
4. Providing pain relief through relaxation
5. Positive emotional well-being

All of us can benefit from this type of practice. By reuniting your body with your mind and consciousness, you will regain mastery over your thoughts and actions, while learning to relax and let go. Email Cyndi at anandayoga.20ct@gmail.com with questions.
