Santa Claus Is Coming To East Hampton, Schedule Released
Firefighters will escort Santa Claus as he rides atop Engine 3-12, spreading the joy and good cheer of the holiday season, officials said.
EAST HAMPTON, CT — The East Hampton, CT Volunteer Fire Dept said on its Facebook page that "Santa Run" visits will begin on Saturday, Dec. 9. A full schedule of stops has been released below.
Also on Dec. 8, Santa’s visits the East Hampton Recreation Department’s Jingle Bell Parade in the Village Center.

"Once again, members of the East Hampton Volunteer Fire Department have scheduled their annual “Santa Run” visits to various neighborhoods in town, with firefighters escorting Santa Claus as he rides high atop Engine 3-12, spreading the joy and good cheer of the holiday season.
Santa’s visits to East Hampton begin on Friday, December 8th with the EH Rec Department’s Jingle Bell Parade in the Village Center.

Santa’s tours with the Fire Department will begin Saturday, December 9th with weekend routes starting at approximately 4:00pm (weekday tours will begin at 5:00pm). The routes will be conducted in accordance with the schedule shown below and will follow the approximate order in which the streets are listed. A GPS tracker will be installed on Engine 3, allowing children of all ages to locate Santa at any point along that evening’s route.
IMPORTANT NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS, SANTA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STOP AND GREET PEOPLE ALONG THE STATE-CONTROLLED ROADS IN TOWN. IF YOU LIVE ALONG ROUTES 16, 66 OR 196, PLEASE CONSULT THE SCHEDULE BELOW AND ARRANGE TO MEET SANTA AT A CONVENIENT NEARBY LOCATION.
Please note also that inclement weather or emergency calls could potentially result in curtailment or cancellation of a particular evening’s activities and cannot be rescheduled. Any changes or updates to the established schedule will be posted on the EHVFD Facebook page as soon as practicable."

December 10th:
Old Marlborough Road, Poets area, Lake Vista Drive, Edgewater Circle, Laurel Ridge, Indigenous Peoples’ area (Wangonk, etc.), Lake Drive, Staeth, Aaron’s Way, White Birch (lower), Ridgeview, White Birch (middle) to end at Company 3.
