The Daily Five For Jan. 24, 2013: 'Exercise With Cindy'
Five things you should know today.

- The East Hampton Senior Center is offering the class Exercise with Cindy twice weekly, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. On Fridays the classes is offered with a video. The instructor cost is $20 a month or $3 per class. New participants please contact the center to sign-up.
- If you or a friend are affected by the cold the state has information and help through its 211 line.
- Chef Diane Sandler, from the Marlborough Arts Center, is resuming her cooking classes with a a "Romantic Dinner for Two" on Monday, Feb. 11. Participants will enjoy a glass of wine with an appetizers and then learn how to cook a meal for two, from start to finish.
- The Women’s Fellowship of the First Congregational Church of Portland is seeking volunteers for its annual Mid-Winter Chocolate Festival, which will be Feb. 2. The group is seeking set-up help on Jan. 27 after the church meeting.
- Kids Artspace and the NoRa Cupcake Company are teaming up on a Kids Heart Event, a special tribute to the students of Sandy Hook Elementary School, on Saturday, Jan. 26, from 1-4 p.m. Kids of all ages are welcome.
