EAST HAVEN — A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 22, Victor Ramon, of New Haven purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Alex Grocery in East Haven and won $10,000.
