EAST HAVEN, CT - A Branford resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 19, Melissa Castillo, of Branford, purchased a Money Multiplier ticket from the My Country Store in East Haven and won $25,000.
