April 10

Elizabeth Milagros Martinez, 38, of East Haven, was charged with reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a child, and negligent storage of a firearm.

Henry R. Figueroa, 39, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer and violation of a protection order.

April 11

Joseph Lyle Hood, 43, of East Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Luther Quattlebaum, 55, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protection order.

April 12

Henry W. Pond, 43, of Branford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Stephanie Kellinsky, 34, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

April 13

Mark Paul Ruotolo, 54, of Wallingford, was charged with violation of a protection order.

April 14

Adam Alberto Pagan, 30, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and violation of probation.

Tammy M. Burwell, 50, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

April 16

Dimitri John Butler, 32, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.
