April 24

Mary C. Young, 68, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault/elderly or other victim.

Albert Cancel, 24, of Bridgeport, was charged with disorderly conduct.

April 25

Willie Joe Rodriguez, 22, of West Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and interfering with an officer.

Dimitri John Butler, 32, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Kayla Elizabeth Vallombroso, 27, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Michelle Elizabeth Bilides, 38, of East Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Jayden Dejesus, 21, of Lawrence, MA, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, violation of a protective order, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree harassment, third-degree assault, fifth-degree larceny, and disorderly conduct.

April 26

Anthony David Derosa, 52, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear.

April 27

Cheryl L. Gladding, 64, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Michele Difroscia, 56, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

April 28

Wilmer Maldonado Vanegas, 33, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

April 29

Nelson Andres Florez, 34, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Kaitlyn Dortche, 28, of East Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

April 30

Justice Marcellino, 26, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Donald G. Liggins, 75, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment.
