East Haven police logs, Feb. 21-27:

Feb. 21

Jennifer Lynn Vallombroso, 47, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer, four counts of second-degree failure to appear, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Loriana Marie Castro, 20, of North Haven, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and criminal attempt second-degree assault.

Christopher Rice, 28, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jorge Soto-Jimenez, 27, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary and larceny of motor vehicle.

Feb. 25

David F. Palmisano, 41, of Madison, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Ryan M. Kessler, 33, of North Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault with physical injury, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Jessica Jean Barrett, 25, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 26

Jesus Piscil, 55, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, criminal violation of a restraining order and violation of a protective order.

Arriana M. Chacon-Jones, 18, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jose Quixtiano, 38, of East Haven, was charged with failure to store a firearm, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 27

Anthony Grego, 58, of West Haven, was charged with second-degree assault/physical threat, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Robert L. Banks, 53, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Kyle Marsette, 31, of Ansonia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and interfering with an officer.

Nathan William Perdue, 29, of Clinton, was charged with interfering with an officer and use of drug paraphernalia.
