Feb. 28

Tyler J. Paolini, 29, of Trumbull, was charged with illegal possession of a shoplifting device and possession of a controlled substance.

March 1

Torey M. Evans-Johns, 51, of North Branford, was charged with first-degree larceny.

Vincent R. Klump, 60, of East Haven, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Robert Cruse, 42, of East Lyme, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Victor Jimenez, listed by police as homeless, 61, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Jamileth D. Cuadra, 58, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

March 2

Jorge Rosario, 44, of West Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

March 3

Raul Encalada-Fajardo, 29, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent, unless proven guilty.
