Joseph Francis Ney, 56, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Joseph Manco, 42, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and disorderly conduct.

Jeremy M. Leblanc, 35, of North Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
July 19
Bernadette A. Belanger, 53, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Donald Mauri, 70, of West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense and use of drug paraphernalia.
Carlos H. Carmona, 61, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
July 20
Christina Marie Parise, 36, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance/second offense and use of drug paraphernalia.
July 21
Mardo Ramirez-Mendez, 19, of New Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
July 22
Jacqueline Lee Platt, 41, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.
James A. Tufano, 40, of North Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.
