East Haven police logs, July 23-29:

July 24

Allison Marie Apuzzo, 32, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 25

Gary Bruce Parisi, 72, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

David William Butler, 53, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, four counts of second-degree failure to appear and three counts of probation violation.

Peter Anthony Latella Jr., 61, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and second-degree breach of peace.

Trea M. Fraser, 30, of New Haven, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with an officer.

July 27

Jorge R. Kilkan-Penate, 30, of Stamford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Jessy Daniel Torino, 44, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
