Curt Daniel Hart, 44, of Killingworth, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without ignition device.

Dana Devito, 44, of Armonk, NY, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

March 14

Robert Thomas Northrop, 31, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment, violation of a standing criminal protection order, violation of a protective order, first-degree failure to appear, and violation of probation.

March 15

John Andrew Verab, 48, of East Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

March 16

Jose Valentin Duran-Castillo, 41, of Phillipsburg, NJ, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, assault on a public safety officer and interfering with an officer.

March 17

Victoria Elizabeth Coomes, 27, of Hamden, was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary.

Thomas A. Castillo, 43, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

March 18

John Charles Doheny, 36, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation.
