James Patrick Nelson, 18, of Branford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, and third-degree burglary.

Luther Quattlebaum, 55, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal attempt sexual assault, first-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

March 22

Tina Marie Borrelli, 46, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Widman Arcadio Vicuna-Rodriguez, 49, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault.
