East Haven police logs, May 14-20:

May 15

Jonathan Edward Hallisey, 37, of Groton, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, sixth-degree larceny, and eight counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Tony Waters, 34, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.

May 16

Edgar Sibre, 34, of Branford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

O'Neil Palmer, 24, of Bronx, NY, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

May 18

Jennifer Lynn Vallombroso, 48, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest. and use of drug paraphernalia.

Patricio Galo Montoya-Garcia, 39, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

May 20

Tywon Laquan Tatum, 32, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and criminal violation of a restraining order.
