May 7

Daniel L. Taylor, 41, of East Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and use of drug paraphernalia.

Safia Jiminez-Osorio, 21, of East Haven, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Sarah K. Baber, 35, of East Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and use of drug paraphernalia.

May 8

Desmond Root Ambrose, 54, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

May 9

Christopher Joseph Devlin, 19, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.

May 12

Christopher Ray, 55, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree failure to appear, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

May 13

Paul Robert Defelice, 50, of New Haven, was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny.
