East Haven Resident Wins $50K Lottery Prize

EAST HAVEN, CT - An East Haven resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 23, Anthony Cofrancesco, of East Haven, purchased a Scavenger Hunt Special Edition ticket from the Sunoco I-95 in East Haven and won $50,000.
