EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven Firefighters responded to over 10 calls within an hour during and shortly after the storm blew through this evening with most of the calls in the Short Beach area. Included in the calls were a stove fire, lightning struck which split a 100 foot tree down the center, tree on a house and numerous calls for other trees, branches and live wires down ant water emergencies

EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven Firefighters responded to over 10 calls within an hour during and shortly after the storm blew through this evening with most of the calls in the Short Beach area.

Included in the calls were a stove fire, lightning struck which split a 100 foot tree down the center, tree on a house and numerous calls for other trees, branches and live wires down ant water emergencies
