EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven police are asking the public's help in identifying a man who stole $800 worth of tools from the Home Depot on Frontage Road on Saturday. Police said this on social media: "Do you recognize this male shoplifting suspect from Home Depot? He stole $800.00 worth of Dewalt tools before fleeing in an older model silver Suburu Impreza. As the suspect fled the parking lot, he crashed into several occupied cars in an attempt to get away. The suspect was last seen southbound on I-95. "As always, any information gained will remain anonymous. Thank you all for your continued support."
