Beginner, Advanced And Adult Chess At Deep River Library
Chess is a game of strategy. Hone your skills at the Deep River Library.

DEEP RIVER, CT — Have you wanted to learn chess or develop your chess strategies? The Deep River Library has a chess club for you!
We will be hosting three chess clubs this fall -- one for beginners (K-8th), another for advanced (5th -12th), and a third for adults! Our Beginner group meets next on October 6 at 4:00 pm, Advanced on October 13, at 4:00 pm. Both will meet bi-weekly.
The Adult club meets once a month, with the next session scheduled on October 13 at 6:30 pm. Each club is run by an experienced chess coach who will instruct players and go over ways to improve your game.

All clubs will meet on Zoom and use Chess.com as the platform to play and practice. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link. Please visit our website calendar for the links to register.
