ESSEX, CHESTER, DEEP RIVER, CT — A District Meeting and Budget Referendum for Regional School District No. 4 including member towns of Chester, Deep River and Essex will be held May 3, 2021. The Region No. 4 Budget Referendum will follow on Tuesday, May 4, from noon to eight p.m. In the towns of Chester, Deep River and Essex. Governor Lamont's Executive Order No. 10E continues to allow anyone to vote by absentee ballot because of Covid-19. Absentee Ballots become available April 15.<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://portal.ct.gov/SOTS/Election-Services/Voter-Information/Absentee-Voting"></a> For more information call your respective town halls.
