The Chester Farmer's Market Is Back! See You Sunday!
The Chester Sunday Farmer's Market season starts June 12.
CHESTER, CT — The Chester Sunday Market is back on Main Street in Chester, starting Sunday, June 12th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The season will last through October 10th.
With almost all of the former vendors returning to the market, the 2021 season promises to be a successful one, featuring meats, fish, bread, veggies, cheese, bistro and live music!
This year the market is asking that all pet owners keep their furry friends close to them and refrain from using retractable leashes and that everyone remain respectful of others, and although face masks are not "required", social distancing is still expected. Customers are also asked to bring their own bags to remain environmentally kind. If you forget your bag, not to worry, Homeward Bound CT will have reusable bags for sale for $5, one hundred percent of the proceeds will go to support the Spay It Forward Campaign, which spays/neuters their CT Shelter dogs before they are adopted.
