There is a bevy of informational resources available at the Chester Library.

CHESTER, CT — The Chester Library has the following resources available 24/7:

• Library catalog - You can search Chester Public Library’s catalog, or you can search all Bibliomation’s library catalog. You can place holds on items from other libraries in the shared catalog and pick them up in Chester.

• Ebsco Learning Express Job & Career Library - Log into the Job and Career Accelerator and start exploring to find a job you’ll enjoy. Find tutorials, e-books, test preparations, resume templates and more.
• Hoopla - An all-in-one media service where you can browse 700,000+ titles in six different formats—audiobooks, eBooks, comics/graphic novels, full music albums, movies, and TV—and instantly borrow, then download or stream, the titles of your choice!

• T Mobile Hotspot – The Hotspot is an easy-to-use device that allows you to connect to your tablet, laptop, or another mobile device to the Internet wherever you are – at home, a road trip, an outing, etc.

• SimplyE - We’re introducing SimplyE, a new app that gives Chester cardholders the ability to browse, borrow, and read more than 25,000 free e-books from the DPLA Exchange (Digital Public Library Exchange) Baker & Taylor and RBDigital (Recorded Books) – all from one app! Download SimplyE, log in with your library card, and start reading! Available on the App Store or Google Play. This app is separate from Overdrive and can be used as an additional resource for downloadable materials.
• Brainfuse HelpNow - Live tutor access for homework help, skills building and test preparation where after taking a quiz, the user can connect directly to a live tutor from the test center without having to return to the main page.
