TOWN OF DEEP RIVER
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Deep River Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June
17, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Deep River Town Hall Auditorium and via Zoom Videoconference,
for the following:
a. Text Amendment to Zoning Regulations, to allow Self-Storage Facilities in Turnpike
Industrial District. Applicant: 448-500 Main, LLC.
b. Modification to Existing Special Permit, 439B Main Street, to Allow Outdoor Dining and
Entertainment. Applicant: Robert Galbraith.
c. Special Permit Application, Animal Facilities and Retail Business with accessory food
service, 112 West Elm Street. Applicant: K & A Pickers, LLC.
The public may speak and submit written communications until the close of the public
