PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

The Deep River Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday,
September 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom Videoconference, for the following:

a. Text Amendment to Zoning Regulations, to allow Self-Storage Facilities in Turnpike Industrial District. Applicant: 448-500 Main, LLC – Continuation of public hearing.

b. Special Permit Application, Ag-tivities and Agritourism (Section 7B.31), music events,
574 Winthrop Road. Applicant: Spruce Ledge Enterprises, LLC – Continuation of
public hearing.

c. Revision to Special Permit Application, 439 Main Street to allow additional outdoor
seating and fire pit. Application: Robert Galbraith.

d. Special Permit Application, converting a single family home to a two family dwelling at
61 Main Street. Applicant: Kevin Teskey.

The public may speak and submit written communications until the close of the public
