Follow the Falls Lobster Bake Gala

ESSEX, CT — The Essex Historical Society put out the following plea on their Facebook page;

"Last call! Please make your paid reservations for the Follow the Falls Lobster Bake Gala by September 2 as we need to get a firm number to the caterer, Flanders Fish Market. This safe, tented, outdoor event on September 12 from 4-6 p.m. supports the ongoing work of Essex Historical Society and Essex Land Trust’s multi-year project to investigate the historic and natural significance of the Falls River. It will be held alongside the Great Falls behind Centerbrook Architects for a special view of this historic site and new fishway.
