  1. Have you seen a Frankenfish? This odd fish with an even odder name has reportedly been spotted in Connecticut and it's not a good thing. 2. Looking for a fun and exciting way to cruise for chicks on the Connecticut River? The RiverQuest has got you covered. According to CT Insider, "The Cruising for Chicks boat ride is set to take off from the Connecticut River Museum on July 8 at 10 a.m. and will be around two hours to two and a half hours long. The boat will take guests to see osprey nests and watch young birds take some of their first flights. Aside from ospreys, guests might have a chance to spot other native birds like bald eagles, hawks and ducks. (CT Insider)
  3. It has been confirmed by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection that the bobcat that attacked a camp counselor on Selden's Island last Friday did in fact have rabies.
