Number one is boost your mood. The article explains that sunshine and exercise are ways to increase your serotonin levels. "Serotonin is a hormone that stabilizes your mood and regulates feelings of happiness and overall well-being." - Deep River Fire Department: "During the holiday weekend 21 firefighters from all over the state attended a Q class taught by Middlesex County Fire School and hosted by Deep River Fire Department. The class consisted of four hours of classroom training and 10 hours of practical training. The men and women will be back at their respective fire departments honing their skills over the next couple of weeks. Then they will test on the July 9 or July 24."
