  1. Hope to see you this weekend at the Eighth Annual Automobile Extravaganza, which is being held in Deep River at Devitt Field, on Sunday, Sept. 11 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be music, delicious food for sale, and lots of fun! Trophies will be awarded by People's Choice Vote. All proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Deep River Fire Department. (Deep River Fire Department)
  2. Don't miss the fun at Deep River Day, which will be held on Sept. 16. The Community Health Committee (CHC) will have a booth at the event. According to Facebook post, "Their goal is to build the largest toilet paper/paper towel tower and they need your help! Bring [your goods] to the CHC booth at Marvin Field (across from the Congregational Church) and help construct the tower. While you are there, enjoy the many artisans that will be in attendance as well as the ever-growing farmer's market." (Town of Deep River via Facebook)
  3. Would you like to learn more about herbs? You are in luck! The Chester Garden Club will host it's first Herb study. All are welcome! The event will be held at the United Church of Chester on Tuesday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. Hope to see you there! (Chester Garden Club)
