New Shop Offers Unique Spin On Classic Confection In Essex
A recently relocated shop is serving up a bevy of flavors that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
ESSEX, CT — Marshmallow Factory has relocated and completed renovations on a new space in Essex. The shop is now located at 1 N. Main St. next door to Harley + Marley.

The shop sells a range of treats including "unique, handcrafted marshmallows" in various flavors including salted caramel, tiramisu, toasted coconut, snickerdoodle, and milkshake, along with chocolate-covered marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, and more. All their products are gluten and corn free.

The business relocated from Middletown where they were located at the Main Street Market shops, according to The Connecticut Scoop. Before that, the business operated in Florida for 10 years.
Marshmallow Factory is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
