I am running for the Zoning Board of Appeals to help protect the charm and integrity of Southbury, while promoting fairness, transparency, and thoughtful decision-making.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
Thoughtful decision making. As an attorney, and with firsthand legal experience, I want to make sure that the Zoning Board of Appeals considers the constituents first, then look at how it broadly impacts overall town housing, sustainability, diversity, and economic growth.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I am a lawyer who has first hand experience in real estate and zoning matters. I understand the appeals process and look to bring a younger perspective.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
The over 11 years of experience with real estate matters. I have built a client base that has returned to seek my guidance around related matters.
