- The Chester Harbor Management Commission unanimously voted at its February 2 meeting, to increase the seasonal Mooring Ball Permit Fee to $150 effective immediately.(Town of Chester)
- Because kids grow so darn fast, DRC Little League is hosting a free gear swap on March 27. You can make donations and/or grab some baseball or softball gear! What a great idea! (Facebook)
- The eagle viewing cruises aboard the RiverQuest have been so popular this season that the Connecticut River Museum has added two more cruise times to the schedule. Sunday, March 20 and Saturday, March 26 from 3:00 - 5:00. Take an Eagle Cruise, shop the lovely boutiques in downtown Essex and make a day of it with friends and family.
