  1. Valley Regional High School girl's lacrosse attacker Leah Frantz, a senior, has had a great season with the Warriors this spring playing offense. Learning some key moves from her older brother, Leah has played lacrosse throughout her high school career. She hopes to continue to play the sport she loves in college at the University of New Hampshire, where she plans on trying out for the club team. (Zip06)

  3. Caitlin Houston, a Connecticut resident, mom and a blogger on Instagram has put together a patchwork of moms helping one another through the nightmare of the nationwide formula shortage. "If suddenly I couldn't breastfeed tomorrow and I couldn't find formula, it would set me into a panic," Houston reportedly said. The panic pushed her to take action and now she is using her social media platform to unite moms in need with places and people who have formula for them. (WTNH.com)
