State police have issued a Silver Alert for Ashley Cappiello, who's been missing since Tuesday

EAST GRANBY, CT — State police Thursday morning are looking for a missing 18-year-old female from East Granby, according to a Silver Alert issued late Wednesday night.

Police are looking for Ashley Cappiello, who is described as being a white female with brown hair and blue eyes, standing 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighing 120 pounds.

She has been missing since Tuesday and was last seen wearing gray gym shorts, a blue workout top, a black sweatshirt and white sneakers, according to the alert, which was issued at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Anyone with information on Cappiello's whereabouts is asked to call Connectiut State Police at Troop H in Hartford at 860-653-5385.
