Fire Rips Through Granby Home

A two-alarm fire hit a Granby home early Wednesday morning.

GRANBY, CT — Firefighters battled a two-alarm blaze Wednesday morning in Granby, according to NBC CT. A report for a fire at a Randall Avenue home came in at 4:30 a.m.

It's believed that the fire started due to an electrical malfunction in the bathroom.

Two people were home at the time of the fire but were able to escape safely. The home has been deemed uninhabitable, NBC CT reported.
