Stefania Zofia Sikora and Kazimierz Sikora of Byram are originally from Poland. On August 9, 2013 the Sikoras took an oath of allegiance and were admitted as citizens of the US at a ceremony conducted by the US District Court of Connecticut in New Haven.
The pair were photographed by Alicia Flores with their family and Judge Charles S. Haight and US Senator Richard Blumenthal after taking the oath and being sworn in as citizens.
