This is an immersive experience in the Amethyst Room designed to guide you into a deep meditative state by bathing you in sound waves. These waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion instruments, chimes, rattles and tuning forks to reduce anxiety and stress, calm the nervous system and block negative thoughts from your consciousness as you connect with your body.
