
To ring in the New Year, MŌLÌ will host an elegant NYE Dinner and Ball, featuring a six-course prix-fixe tasting menu served in the restaurant’s 1940s Shanghai–inspired space. The evening combines refined Chinese cuisine with a festive, late-night celebration.
The tasting menu begins with an Amuse-Bouche of Toro Caviar Monaka (sweet rice cracker, toro tartare, caviar), followed by a selection of specially curated dishes:
Appetizers:
·Crispy Shrimp with Crab Salad (crab egg salad, shrimp cracker)
·Spanish Octopus (fingerling potatoes, black garlic purée, biquinho peppers)
·Drunken Beef Noodle Soup (beef shank, bok choy, sunny-side egg, ramen, beef broth)
Entrée (Select One):
·Black Cod Tom Kha with coconut broth, charred tomato, and asparagus
·Black Pepper Filet Mignon with black pepper sauce, onion, and green peppers
Dessert:
·Macau-Style Pastel de Nata (Portuguese-inspired egg custard tart)
