Donald Trump's Former Greenwich Home Listed For Sale

Former President Donald Trump and his late ex-wife Ivana Trump owned the property in the 1980s, according to the Wall Street Journal.

GREENWICH, CT — Donald Trump's former Greenwich home at 21 Vista Drive was recently listed for sale at $29.9 million.

The nearly 6-acre property sits in the exclusive Indian Harbor Association on two waterfront lots with 1,500 feet of shoreline overlooking Long Island Sound, according to the listing description.

The 20,000 square-foot Georgian mansion was built in 1939, and originally listed for sale by the current owners, the Steinberg family, in 2014 for $54 million, the Wall Street Journal reported, noting that the Steinbergs purchased the home for $15 million in 1998.

Trump and his late ex-wife Ivana Trump owned the property in the 1980s, and Ivana kept the home after they divorced in 1992, the WSJ said.

A substantial addition was built in 2000 that features an indoor lap pool, a great room with beamed ceiling in excess of 20 feet, and guest areas with private entries, the listing description says.

The mansion has eight bedrooms, staff quarters, a movie theater and a large entryway with curved staircases, according to the WSJ.
