"What a fun year unlike anything I’ve ever been part of," said Head Coach Andrew Copelan in a news release. "Representing GCDS and sharing this accomplishment with a wonderful group of young men and families make it that much more gratifying. Our senior class in particular deserves a lot of credit - they are flat out winners both on and off the field. Legacy is leaving something better than you found it and this group certainly did that as we continue to raise the bar for GCDS lacrosse."
For Director of Athletics Tim Helstein, it was great to see the team get back to the mountaintop of the FAA.
