With the Super Bowl this weekend there are not a lot of Open Houses, but the list is below. So, if you are staying in and enjoying the game, my favorite places to order a Super Bowl Spread and not have to worry is from Express Pizza & Greco's Bella Cucina. Their number is 203-622-1693. They provide an incredible deal for for your Super Bowl Package. You would want to pre-order though. For only $100 you get a 16' cheese pizza, a dozen wings, a dozen mozzarella sticks, 6 assorted mini rolls, a dozen garlic knots, an Italian Anti Platter, with 2-2 liter sodas. Market conditions in the region remain consistent with how 2021 ended. Strong demand and limited inventory making it opportune time to sell here - provided you have a place to go! Interesting to note that the 156 active single-family homes on the market today have been on for an average of 225 days. The 54 homes that are pending were on just 167 days - on average - before going to contract. This remains a sign that there is pricing resistance in the market by buyers who are a scared of "overpaying".
