Greenwich Real Estate Guy's Blog: Open House List October 3rd

I am on a flight back to California to visit my parents where I grew up in Lake Tahoe. So, I apologize due to timing on flight, there will not be a featured property. However, the Open House list is updated and I have attached our 3rd Quarter Market Report. This is one of the most important reports as the 3rd quarter is when the Greenwich market really started to take off. So, these next few quarters will really be able to see if the market is staying strong. Obviously very strong numbers all the way around. We need to monitor this report over the next few months and see if the lack of inventory frustrates buyers to the point of looking elsewhere or not engaging.

With the summer traveling subsiding, now would be a good time to start thinking of marketing your home if you so choose. I would welcome the opportunity to sit down and discuss what makes us the best firm and create a market analysis so you know the worth of your property.
