'Hilfiger's Fancy Barn' In Greenwich Listed For Sale At $7M
The barn was built in 2000, and is located right near the estate where Tommy Hilfiger used to live in Greenwich.
GREENWICH, CT — Located in the Greenwich backcountry at 0 N. Porchuck Road sits Hilfiger's Fancy Barn, which can be yours for $7 million.
The barn is located on roughly 17 acres which has been split into two parcels. The main house, a quintessential English country estate known as Denbigh Farm and the former home of Tommy Hilfiger and his ex-wife Susie Hilfiger, is around the corner at 591 Riversville Road and listed for sale at $20 million.
The house was built in 1775, and the barn was built in 2000 and designed by famed architect Allan Greenberg.

"It's really magnificent," said listing agent Janet Milligan from Sotheby's International Realty - Greenwich Brokerage.
The barn sits on an 11-acre lot and has high ceilings, four regular horse stalls and two stalls for two miniature horses, Milligan said.

The main floor of the barn has a great office, and there are endless possibilities for the conversion of the lower level, the listing says.
There are two wings on either side of the barn — one houses a fancy chicken coop, and the other has a townhouse guest quarters, Milligan said, noting that the entire structure can be converted into a home if a buyer chooses.
"It's just gorgeous inside," she added. "It's a shame to put horses in it, it's so beautiful."
The barn can be purchased separate from the main home, or together.
